This programme is created by Louise Wiles and Elizabeth Gillies who both hold academic qualifications in psychology and have many years of experience supporting young people through the move to university and beyond.
Their approach combines psychology, coaching and practical tools to help you feel more confident, capable and in control as you start this new chapter.
